You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Change-of-mind returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Sets must be returned complete. There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Obtain return authorization and shipping instructions before sending your items. The authorized return address is Fasetyppe, 33 Rue Arson, 06300 Nice, France. Returns from the United States may require international shipping to France.
Who pays return shipping
Fasetyppe covers return shipping when the issue is our error, a damaged item or a defective item. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping, including international return shipping where applicable. Contact us for the appropriate instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused, original-condition and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not prevent reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, funds will be automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. No restocking fee applies.
